Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions

1. Voli Motors DOO operates Voli Motors Customer Loyalty Program. By participating in our
   Loyalty Card Program, you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
2. The Program is only valid within participating Voli Motors stores located in Podgorica.
   How do I participate in the Loyalty Program?
3. All customers are entitled to a free Loyalty Card as part of the normal sale mode. To Join our
   free Loyalty Program, you must first collect a Loyalty Card from participating Voli Motors store.
4. When purchasing a vehicle, spare parts, and services performed, the customer collects points and
   thus realizes the right to certain benefits such as discounts on parts, work, accessorize

How do I redeem my Rewards?

5. In order to redeem stamps, you must present a valid Loyalty Card at the point of sale.
6. The client will not lose the points he collects during each transaction, he will only continue to
   move from the lowest to the highest level and thus claim the greatest benefits we offer.
   Additional Information
7. Your loyalty card will be installed on your mobile device, in case you lose your phone, you can
   Install the application with us again and your data will be revised.
8. Loyalty Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
9. Loyalty Cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other rewards. You cannot sell
   or transfer your Loyalty card to anyone else.
10. We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Loyalty Program if we believe you
    have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or have failed to comply with these Terms and
    Conditions.
11. We may discontinue our Loyalty Cards at our sole discretion, at no liability to you. If so, we will
    notify you by publicly posting on our website at bmw-voli.me
12. We may change these Terms and Conditions or add new Terms and Conditions at any time in
    our sole discretion. If so, we will publish an updated version on our application at https://app.voli-
    motors.me.
    Your continued participation in our Loyalty Program will constitute your acceptance of such
    changes.
13. These Terms and Conditions apply to our Loyalty Program in Montenegro and are governed by
    the appropriate laws.
